About Us

Since my early 20's I always wanted to become a leasing agent and get into property management. I would apply for these jobs and be denied because I did not have any experience in the property management business. It was not considered a trade so no vocational schools offered a certificate or program for leasing agents. Well in 2023 I will never forget that a recruiter named Sarah called me but she accidentally called me for a leasing agent position when I had applied for a dispatcher position. She asked me a few questions and she figured out immediately by my answers what I would later come to find out. I was going to be an Excellent leasing agent. Oddly enough I had been rejected so much that I was not confident in taking a position that the base pay was a $9 pay cut from what I was currently making. With an uncapped commission. So, I turned down the offer.  A month goes by and my current job is trying to get me to do more work but not pay me more. Sarah calls again with another offer for the same company just a different location. Which happened to be closer to my home. I interviewed and got hired immediately. Now this company offered their new leasing agent a sub pay to get you by for 30 days until you can build up your prospect pipeline. I was informed that it takes about 30 days to get your first sale. I got my first commission check in two weeks. I was a single mom of 3 and had just taken a $9 pay cut and if what I made was based on my ambition then I was gonna go hard or go home. And I went hard. I got so good at it that they allowed me to go to other properties to build up their occupancy. When I went to the new property I was only their for a week before I had a trip to Vegas. While in Vegas I got 8 leases at one property and 4 at the old property. I was rolling in money as far as I was concerned. I started in the third quarter of 2023 and I won the third and fourth quarter leasing agent contest. I averaged 35 units quarterly even with 3 other leasing agents working at the same location from then on. In the time of me being a leasing agent, the things I feel that set me apart from other agents, new and seasoned ones. Is my ability to treat everyone with respect, actively listen to their needs, give them all the tools that they need to make a decision sooner than later. Properties get a faster turnaround time with me. I took it upon myself to raise the google reviews for each property in 3 months one property went from a 3.7 to a 4.5 from my reviews alone. I have learned so much about property management since I got into the industry. I have met so many people from different walks of life. I was able to move to another state leasing for a company. I had job security and a stable home. Two things you need especially when you are looking to move out of your current state. But the thing that inspires me the most is when I am able to either assist a tenant with an issue, the gratitude that they show me just warms my heart. Or when I have assisted someone moving from out of state and something fell through and they need a place to stay right away. The feeling I get from making that possible and taking that worry from them. Nothing compares to it. You can really help people by being a Leasing agent as well as get paid good money to do it. I just want to give people, especially younger people the opportunity to change their life as well as help other people feel good about their new home.
